Catered Events Hours:
Weekday evenings from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., and all day on Saturday, subject to availability.
Our catered events have a 35% service fee. This includes our Lite Service with a $350 minimum payment.
Once you have chosen your menu, we need the full event schedule, expecting guest count, address, confirmation of date, and if any extra dietary requirements are needed.
No later than 5 days before the event however we that understand last minute additions can happen and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our delivery boundaries are from Salt Lake to Provo, and only in the valleys. Whether away for bigger orders with an available driver. Drop & go service has a tiered minimum starting at 22 people. Once you accept our estimate, we will convert it to an invoice, and your 20% deposit will reserve your day. We work on a first-come, first-served basis and give you some time to review your estimate. Please keep in mind that we only cater events on weekends and evenings, and they fill up quickly. However, we do offer our delivery service six days a week.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable because we take the time to plan your event, close the day to other potential customers, and schedule staff ahead of time. Please read the terms on your estimate/invoice.
Yes we offer white glass plates, rolled silverware and glass cups at starting at $3 per person. We offer cloth napkins at $2 ea. For rentals we apply the 35% service fee o top of price.
Each event is unique, and our services are tailored to meet your specific needs. We provide delivery, set-up, and, depending on the scale and nature of the event, we can either remain on-site or return at a later time for clean-up. Additionally, we offer the option to hire waiters and buffet attendants.
For our drop-off service, our driver can be retained to serve for a minimum of one hour, or longer if needed, for a nominal fee. The pricing for this service can be found under the miscellaneous section.
Yes, our deposit policy is as follows:
20% on booking date (non-refundable)
For events of 10-20 people full payment is due 3 days before event
For events of 21-100 people a 50% deposit of the remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the event
For events of 101+ people a 50% deposit of the remaining balance is due no later than four weeks before the event.
Your deposit reserves your date. We work on a first come basis. Dates fill fast.
Deliveries over 2k require a 50& deposit when booking.
Refund Policy:
Catered Event Cancellations:
- Cancellations made seven days or more before the event will result in a refund of the payment, less the non-refundable 20% initial deposit and card processing fees.
- Cancellations made between seven days and 48 hours before the event will result in a 50% refund of the payment, less the non-refundable 20% initial deposit and card processing fees.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
Delivery Service Cancellations:
- No refunds will be issued for day-of-service cancellations.
- A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made one day (24 hrs) before the scheduled delivery/pick-up, minus card processing fees.
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made with two or more days' notice before the scheduled delivery/pick-up, minus card processing fees.
Please note that the refund process may take up to 30 days.
Regrettably, we do not provide tastings for delivered orders. However, for larger events, we can arrange boxed meals for you to collect and sample following the confirmation ofing. Kindly note that not all menu items are available for sampling, and the scheduling of the sampling session is at our discretion. your event book
We specialize in the food part of your event only and we do provide the tables and linens for the food & not for your guest. For rentals we have partnered up with a few vendors that do and we work with often.
Due to Utah laws it is hard to get a liquor license and sadly we do not serve alcohol.
